Class Descriptions 

Strength & Stretch w/ Kristin: This full body workout will isolate each muscle group through the use of weights, bands, and body stretching. this class is low impact and appropriate for all fitness levels.

Fun Fitness w/ Kristin: Medley of workouts incorporating exercise balls, aerobics, kickboxing, blocks, sticks and anything fun! Appropriate for all fitness levels because you pick the intensity!

Versa Training w/ Patti: Head to toe workout set to the beat of music. every body part is hit through sets and repetitions of different movements. modifications provided for all skill levels!

HIIT w/ Patti: High intensity workout that is made to get your heart rate up and body moving. includes repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. Modifications provided for all skill levels!

Circuit w/ Patti: Station to station workout that uses a range of equipment. circuit training is one of the most efficient ways to burn fat, lose weight and build muscle. Modifications provided for all skill levels!

Yoga for EveryBODY w/ Judi: Yoga for everybody regardless of fitness or skill level! Judi’s hatha style yoga integrates an emphasis on proper alignment strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. you’ll leave the class nurtured both mentally and physically!

Strength & Flow Yoga w/ Priscilla: Strength and flow is a combination of stretching and movement flows linked specifically to a mindful breath. this class will consist of a proper warmup, guided breathing techniques and mindful instruction as we move through poses creating a controlled sequence of movements. perfect for all levels of yogis!

ZUMBA w/ Krista: Come dance your way to a healthier, happier you with our zumba dance fitness class. It’s so much fun that you’ll forget you’re exercising! This cardio exercise typically involves movements with traditional aerobic exercises such as jumping jacks, lunges and squats.
