Pat Minogue
Director of Parks & Recreation
Pat was hired by the City of Wood River in August of 2022. He has previous experience as the Assistant Parks & Recreation Director for the Village of East Alton, Superintendent of Recreation for the City of Belleville and as the Assistant Director of P&R for the City of Wood River. Pat is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a Masters Degree in Parks & Recreation (Sports Management Emphasis) and a minor in Business.
Tyler Lafferty
Assistant Director of Parks & Recreation/Recreation Center Manager
Tyler was hired by the City of Wood River in March 2024. He has previous experience as a Recreation Supervisor for the City of O’Fallon, IL and as the Director of Parks & Recreation for the Village of East Alton. Tyler is a graduate of the University of Western Illinois with a Masters Degree in Parks & Recreation.
Chase McPeak
Facilities Manager
Chase recently joined the Recreation Department as the Facilities Manager in 2024. He oversees the maintenance of the facilities/parks along with assisting our special events.
Dickson Wong
Recreation Supervisor
Dickson Wong was hired by the City of Wood River in February of 2023. He previously worked at Roxana Community Park District for 8 years. Dickson is a graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a major in Business. Furthermore, he will assist in the development and management of recreation programs and park special events.
